MAGNICRETE - MAGNISILK - for Silky Finish Walls – Freedom from Flaking and Saving on Paint. “MAGNISILK" is a water-resistant white cement-based dry mix powder which provides a strong base on concrete and plaster both on Internal and External surfaces and ceilings. It is applied after plaster and before painting of the wall. It fills the fine pores of the walls and ceilings, thereby providing a white, smooth and dry surface for painting. Being water resistant it provides a protective base to surfaces which prevents expensive paint from flaking.

MAGNISILK has been formulated with specially designed best in class imported Polymers and Additives for providing more adhesive strength which provides a strong base, ensuring a longer life for the painted surface. It does not require water curing and it can even be applied on freshly plastered wall thus resulting in savings of time and cost. During repainting, the surface done up with "MAGNISILK" requires minimum scrubbing thus eliminating the mess of dust, which is a health hazard especially for asthmatic patients.

Generally Primer is not required after application of "MAGNISILK" before Painting which reduces the time and cost of the additional application process. If applied properly there is substantial increase in the coverage of paint due to "MAGNISILK" water resistance properties and high quality.
